It has a rapid walk-on-hard time from just 60 minutes and allows floorcoverings to be laid from 4 hours, allowing projects to be completed with minimal downtime.
It effectively works over old adhesive residues, including bitumen and carpet tile tackifiers, without the need for priming. You can use this high performance smoothing compound for patch filling timber floors prior to overlaying with plywood. It is also suitable for use in clinical and biologically sensitive areas such as hospitals, laboratories, and clean rooms.
STOPGAP 1200’s moisture-resistant properties make it suitable for application over damp, clean and uneven concrete and cement screeds prior to the application of STOPGAP Waterproof Surface Membranes or STOPGAP Isolator Membrane.
